Very disappointing stay.

Location was excellent, check in experience was very poor by the night watchman who was frequently asleep when we returned to the property on an evening. The photos dont show the true condition of the apartments, everything is very worn and shabby, only the upstairs air conditioning worked, the kitchen facilities were none existent really, no toaster or microwave. Curtains hanging off in the dining/lounge area which were dirty too. Breakfast was not good quality, visited once, never been served onion rings and cold roast potatoes before! Check out was as poor as check in, nothing even said or asked about our stay, merely took the key from us. Wouldn't recommend or stay there ever again.

After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Downstairs air conditioner stopped working after first week, turns out it was turned off as a matter of policy. Toilet in bathroom badly stained due to poor maintenance. Telephone in apartment didn't work (wanted to call reception) I will not be using this property again

la struttura è datata, e con mancanza di cura: il tubo della doccia è rotto, i filtri dei rubinetti da pulire sprzzavano male e pieni di calcare, la vernice che si scrosta intorno alla finestra, il water con macchie di ruggine /calcare, il copriwater in plastica che si scrosta, il letto matrimoniale era composto da 2 letti diversi con altezza diverse ( 5cm di differenza), polvere datata sui serramenti, personale gentile e presente

Rent og fint hotell. Greit basseng. Kort vei til strand. Nye stillegående AC, Madrassene var litt i hardeste laget, og sovesofaene(ekstrasengene) var litt klamme og glatte (Skinnsofaer) Romslige leiligheter med to balkonger/terrasser.

Rummen behöver en uppgradering men fungerar ändå bra som de är. Frukosten var i min smak och det fanns något för alla. Städning i princip varje dag, nya handdukar var 3:e dag, någon extra dag mellan byte av lakan om jag minns rätt. Lätt att kommunicera med städpersonalen, bra och trevligt bemötande av all övrig personal. Utcheckning kl. 11 men vi fick använda rummet till kl. 17 och de ordnade fram en taxi till oss när det var dags att åka. Mycket bra.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Appartement war heruntergekommen und (unserer Meinung nach) hässlich. Grelles Licht, veraltet, die Handtücher waren nicht sauber. Der Strand gehört nicht zum Hotel und ist extrem klein. Das Frühstück war von allem das billigste, es wird nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Rezeption war nett.

Lille stykke op til byen, men dejligt kort til vandet. Udsigten fra mit værelse var helt i top. Standen ok, forvent ikke luksus og du bliver ikke skuffet. Personalet er søde.

Perfekt läge vid strandpromenad.

Mycket trevligt lägenhetshotell som har mycket bra läge. Ligger precis vid stranden som har en fantastisk strandpromenad som tar dig till flera olika och vackra stränder, Protaras Center och Fig tree bay bl.a. Lokalbussen går en kort promenad från hotellet och går till t.ex till Aiya Napa, Vattenparken (Water World) samt flera olika stränder. Denna del av stan var perfekt när man åker med barn eller om man önskar lite lugnare atmosfär. Det finns gott om Supermarkets och restauranger i närheten. Personalen på hotellet var väldigt hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

Hadde et utrolig hyggelig opphold på Penelope Beach Hotel Apts. Hotell ansatte er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. På dette hotellet får du mye for pengene og kan anbefales på det sterkeste. Det er ikke minst meget kort vei til stranden.
