"The staffs are lovely and very friendly. The hostel is beautiful, net and eventful. It has pool and sauna. It also had billiard and gym. The roooms are cleaned daily and are very neat. The location is superb close to the police station and trams. I live near it . Will definitely visit again"

"The hotel was conveniently located across the street from a mall that had a food court, supermarket and anything else that may be needed. Within walking distance of many great restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was great !"

"Weird smell in the room. One coffee machine at breakfast between the hundreds of people in the hotel is ridiculous. €10 per use of the gym is not a service that the hotel includes. It's a separate company, ripping off hotel customers. "

"The staff was extremely kind, breakfast was amazing and there were many options, the rooms were clean and comfortable. "

"This was our second visit to this hotel which was a very pleasant stay.The staff were all very nice and the room was very clean with high ceilings.The room had a useful safe.The tram stop is only at the end of the road (100 yards)and runs to the town centre every few minutes and also to the metro line which goes out to the airport. Will stay here when we visit Prague again next year."

"The staff was not courteous and early check in was not available even tho site said 11 to 2pm there was an absence of keys on the wall and seen no one check out as i had to wait multiple hours to gain entrance. the heat in the room did not work well so we where cold, i had asked if we could borrow 2 spoons and was denied rudly by the kitchen staff so i had to go buy some, you can hear the neighbors all around you making noise, i had seen a small white bug in the shower grawling on the wall i killed. We used the hotel because we needed to find one asap that was close to our air bnb cuz we chose the the wrong date for check out and needed a place to sleep so that checked our boxes, would we stay here again no probably not. "
