The hotel is very close to the submarine pens in Saint Nazaire, which was part of the reason I visited the area. The staff in the hotel, that I interacted with, were all very polite, helpful, courteous and professional. The hotel was being used by quite a few marine engineers whilst I was there as the massive docks that Saint Nazaire is famous for are a short distance away, I had quite a few funny interactions with them so thoroughly enjoyed the fact they were there.
