"Room looked clean but found a nasty, crusty washcloth in nightstand beside bed. The bed needed a new king mattress as it had permanent grooves in it - was quite lumpy & continued to roll into the middle of the bed- had to get help getting out. Obviously did not sleep well st sll. Never have had this problem before at this location. Spoke w/ staff said they'd pass along the info but nothing else they could I love do."
"The property was in disrepair. My first assigned room had not been cleaned. The next room they assigned me the toilet did not flush. The next room they gave me. The TV did not work. The pool had brown water in it. I would like a refund for this because I left and did not stay the night. It was just too dirty. I asked the clerk for a refund but they said I had to go through Expedia"
"Room didn’t look anything like the picture. Plain gray room with cement walls. No pictures hanging. Floor was extremely dirty. We were traveling with an 11 month old and after being in the car all day I let her crawl around for a few minutes in the room. Within minutes her pants and feet were almost black. No bathtub which was showed in photos. We were put in a joining room next to a room that had 5 grown men yelling at each other and slamming doors. Also they advertised free breakfast but at check in they said it was just a granola bar and coffee. We only stayed 15 then booked the Hampton next door which was much better"
"The staff was helpful and friendly.
The carpet was stained, strong odor that was trying to be masked, tub was dirty, grout on the floor was disgusting and it clearly hasn't been throughly cleaned in a loooooooong time."
"I’ve never witnessed a hotel in such disgusting disrepair. I’m honestly almost speechless at the state off the room and property. Pillows had mold growing in them, bathroom was filthy, the sheets had old stains (possibly blood?), the list goes on and on.
Do. Not.Stay.Here."
