"Upon arrival everything was pretty quick. As soon as getting the room open we immediately notice a huge countertop on bed & we back to front desk which we were given another room. No more problem after that."

"The room was perfect. It had all the handicap accessible items available to us except the shower chair, but we always carry our own. The customer service people were friendly and right on top of everything. The only issue we had was the breakfast, it was sooo bad, but there were plenty of restaurants around us to solve that issue."
