"Everything was great here. The young lady at the counter as well as the one providing the breakfast were great. On Saturday we had nothing to do till the wedding at 5pm and the lady in the kitchen gave us some places to go shop. We had a blast..Thank you"

"Besides the toilet flush being very loud, the room was clean and up to par. We did have to wait three hours to check in, which was frustrating. When we asked for management, we were told by the front desk that there was no management in the building. It was a great stay aside from that."

"Starting from the front desk, the owner is the one who checked me in n he was very professional, friendly. The air freshner he uses in the lobby n halls smells so good! The rooms, all i can say OMG...my room was very clean, the decor is beautiful and, no chipped furniture, well stocked of towels. I will definitely come back here. If ur in the area come stay here, u'll be happy that u did."

"Love the ambiance, quirky. In the middle of Chicago, so one side window was facing a parking garage and the other was other hotel rooms, but had really cool arty mannequins “flying”. Beds were comfortable, bathroom small but nice."
