"The Grant Estate (Eighteenth) is set in a beautiful setting close to the long beach. It has a lot of facilities on site ie: pool, tennis courts, club house with bar and restaurant. "Excellent location of property with a local French charm. The 09h30 breakfast closure time is rather childish especially on weekends, come on extend the time. Hot water ran out, maybe it was a maintenance problem during my stay...would be awkward if it was permanent. Overall lovely"

"Shower was like warm. Lots of noise. Both from outside and neighbours (they weren't loud, but the walls were paper thin). I didn't like that you had to leave a R1000 deposit. Lock on balcony door broken, and the rest of the flat wasn't in amazing condition."
