only issue was the brewhouse had a concert till very late, so i couldn't get to sleep.

The staff were excellent (front desk and housekeeping)!! The definition of customer service and hospitality. The exterior of the building needs repair. People smoke and providing ashtrays would reduce the butt litter in and around the hotel. Solid 3 star experience.

Pillows were terrible. Made for a rough sleep. Sent to the wrong room on check-in, just an inconvenience, but still.... Shower head was really wild.

We stayed in one of the suites and it was perfect! Beds were comfortable and bathtub was beautiful. Only complaint I have is that the shower head sprayed everywhere and it was almost impossible not to get the floor wet.

Very noisy experience with guest running around the halls at 2AM and smashing about their rooms. It looked like at one time it was a nice hotel, but it has been noticeably abused. Which makes perfect sense if guests are allowed to be complete idiots.
