I needed a one night stop over and chose this on the basis of reviews. I was not disappointed, it was fine. I popped into the nearby Patapain, like an excellent French version of Subway, and there are other restaurant chains nearby. I'll be back !

This hotel is a few steps from the Palais de Jacques Coeur which is a fascinating visit. It is also a short walk to the Cathedral. Moreover there is an excellent restaurant on the doorstep. The breakfast which was fine was included in the room rate. The wifi code is on the room card and is free.
The streets around this hotel are narrow and some are one-way so it is probably better to book a place in the smallish car -park.

Room was large and provided everything we needed, just as described. We took breakfast which was very good, though hot food was not an option, sadly.
The property is situated beside a large lake which is very nice, the area lends itself to walkers and cyclists alike.

This is the second year that we’ve stopped here on our way from Cherbourg to the South of France. Great little rustic hotel, with the buildings being set around an open courtyard where breakfast is served (in good weather, else served indoors). Hosts are very helpful and - if you warn them in advance - will try hard to allow for any food allergies you make them aware of. Floor fans are provided in the room during warm weather. Definitely worth a stay if you’re heading this way.

Nice hotel with good restaurant and very affordable ev charging facilities, but dog friendly room was disappointing. Stained carpet from previous pet accidents didn’t give the best impression.

This was a stop over for one night and did the trick. I chose it because it was cheap but otherwise it was very clean, quiet. The guy on the front desk was very nice and helpful. We ended up getting breakfast (hadn't booked it online but it was cheaper when it was offered at the front desk) which was actually very good. There was a good selection offered in the small space so we all left feeling content. Didn't really get a chance to explore the town but we walked to MacDo for dinner and grabbed...

Very happy with our stay here, preferable to our previous night at a nearby very pretentious and overpriced previous Abbey!
We’re heading home again now after a week in the languedoc and needed a rest stop on our return journey.
Would happily stay again with this hotel.
