"The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The room was clean, the issue was the tub caulking was old and showed significant signs of wear. Additionally I ended up changing rooms because the first room appeared to nit have been cleaned well and had chairs that had exposed cushion. The second room was much better byt not up to my standards. "

"My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book."

"Loved staying at the William Penn Omni. Excellent location within walking distance of theaters, Market Square, Station Sq, museums, restaurants and the Strip district. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially enjoyed talking to Patrick who was our bartender). The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!"
