"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. Design issues: • Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

"The room was very basic and my problem was the lack of electrical outlets. The room also was very dark. The style is old fashioned although it is obvious that the wood work (doors, bed, etc.) are actually very recent. I was annoyed that the air conditioning unit was dripping water down the wall. This needs to be taken care of. "

HOTEL SMRŽ

HOTEL SMRŽ

10/10 Excellent
"We stopped by on our way between Prague and Cesky Krumlov, and it was a great place to stay! Absolutely beautiful apartment-style rooms, yummy breakfast, and the lady at the front desk was so kind and patient with our terrible attempts at Czech. The restaurant on the premise is great, and the late hours make it convenient for visitors like us who came in later in the evening. Worth a stop!"
