"Clearly bought over from another chain, this IBIS is a bit different to most I’ve stayed in (eg in London). But we had a warm welcome despite a very late checkin, the room was clean & well presented, everything worked and the beds were comfy. Tasty breakfast too. Minor issue with incorrect room charge was sorted easily and with a smile. Thanks to the small team here 👍"

"Good solid hotel of late 20th century style, next to river. Not the most modern but well equipped with iron and ironing board and to give idea of age, a trouser press! Clean and well maintained. Nearby there is a major road/ motorway so there was very low level background noise. Didn't keep me awake but it might do in summer if you had have windows open as no air conditioning. To get to lifts you have to go down steps. Hopefully there is accessible option as well! Would stay again but not if...
