"Great place to stay in Prescott. Older hotel, but well taken care of. Great location. Hotel is on a hill, great mountain views. My room had that balcony view !💜 lobby is beautiful. Another guest played the piano. Corner seating area with board games. Bar area. Coffee counter. The outdoor pool/hot tub area is well kept and clean. The pool is heated! Beautiful rose and fountain gardens around the property. Seating areas. One area had croquet! I haven't played that in a long time! Hotel has a small underground parking garage, if needed. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again. 💜"

"Breakfast area was very busy,due to local graduations,so there wasn't much food. Otherwise it looked like the food would be okay when there's no crowds "

"We had to stay across the street. There are no photos on the website of this sister wing proberty. Which is in need of a desperate repair and remodel. It’s the ugly stepsister. The room look very similar to photos on the website . Breakfast is a joke! coffee and some fruit. "

"The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful for all questions and accommodations. The breakfast was fresh every morning with lots of choices. The outdoor pool was kept clean. Pool towels provided by the friendly staff. The workout room made fitness essentials available. Truly enjoyed my stay!"

"The hotel was priced well and the rooms were fine. The breakfast was listed on Expedia as "Top Tier." I wouldn't classify it that way, as it really was just a continental breakfast of various carbs. If you are expecting eggs, a breakfast meat, or any hot items, you won't find them. Overall, it was a pretty good place with a very competitive price."

"The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views; however, my overall experience was impacted by the level of service. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not available until 3:40 PM. When I inquired about the possibility of receiving a drink voucher due to the delay, the manager, Jasmine, responded in a manner I found to be discourteous. She stated that she had done her best to have the room ready on time and explained that the delay was due to guests checking out at 11:00 AM. Absolutely no consideration that my child and I had been patient with them."
