"Noted many areas in the room where paint was chipped/peeling and counter top lamenent was discolored and also chipped. Furniture was scratched and torn. Just wear and tear but things that seem relatively easy to fix. Upgrade the beds yall! It was like sleeping on a rock and I found myself sitting in the widow chair most nights just to feel some cushion under my butt. Along the lines of upgrades, the shower head seemed to spray water is approximately 37 different directions besides down onto my head with no way of adjusting it. Made getting clean feel like a chore it shouldn't have been. Besides these things, the room and grounds were very clean, the AC worked well, refrigerator was cold and staff was friendly and professional. "

"The hotel was perfect. Small, so not over packed with people. Right next to the golf course if you’d like to golf. Cute sitting areas for everyone to sit and relax. The rooms were very spacious, and clean, and the front desk personnel was wonderful and easy to deal with."

"The price on breakfast is a little steep. $12 price is appropriate for a breakfast price. The staff is wonderful and the proximity to a park is a plus."

"Room windows were pretty dusty. The rest in the room was average in cleanses. They have just a ok continental breakfast with bad coffee and bad orange juice. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless it is just for a night. "

"Feont desk clerk was very nice, brought us towels to our door. The room was very clean , the pool was heated, the hot tub unfortunately was no longer available as stated on the site. I would recommend new mattresses. Our beds were very worn out and hard. "

"This was by far the most enjoyable stay we’ve had in a long time. The owners make you feel like family, their property was immaculate and our room was above and beyond! From the incredibly comfortable mattress and bedding to the homemade muffins for breakfast, they’ve thought of it all. We can’t wait to go back again and this will definitely be our go to for all our future Albuquerque stays."
