"Beautiful views, amazing gardens, fabulous pool and friendly staff. Good location between the beach and the town - walk down to the cable car to avoid the steps up to town. Spent many happy hours just at the hotel on the balcony looking at the beautiful view and using the pool. If you love cacti then this is the place for you!"

"The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers."

"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "The room was perfect (#464). Excellent views of Mount Etna and the sea. The staff was also excellent. Very helpful and amicable. Breakfast was super good. A lot of choices. The hotel is right next to the Main Street so everything can be done by foot. Overall an excellent place to stay! "
