"We enjoyed the pool but the music was extremely loud for no reason and was full of weird adds in between songs… We had to ask for dish towel and sofa bed sheets and when they came, the person smelled so strong of perfume that the whole room and sheets smelled like it all night. The dish towel was actually a baby swaddle blanket… Our sofa bed was completely broken and when I realized, it was too late to change room as the youngest was already in bed and I didn’t want the person to come back to check on it so the smell didn’t get worse. My son had to sleep on the uncomfortable couch…"

"The location is epic, our room was fabulous with a great view despite being a bit dated. The big drawback was that the hot spring pool and the cold pool was closed during our stay which we were not aware."

"The Larix is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. There is a sauna you can book or 2 E Bikes you can use to scoot around town. Kimberley is beautiful and the Larix only added to the beauty and magic. The UVA downstairs is also quiet and the staff make the stay very easy and enjoyable."
