"At 7 pm I went to get a shower to get ready to meet friends and had no hot water. I called the front desk to be informed no hot water for two hours at least. Unfriendly staff, offered no compensation upon asking. Called staff next day about extending our stay was very unhelpful due to me booking through Expedia for first night. I asked about them giving me a rate and me Paying directly they offered no help said book through Expedia. I will not return "
