"I stay here about every 8 weeks for one night. It's conveniently located in Prattville, where I prefer to stay when I have business in Montgomery. It's clean, well-maintained. Certainly not scenic. Helpful staff. There's a nice Longhorn steak house across the parking lot, which is convenient."

"Upon check in the key card machine was not working, found out next day had been a few days since it did work. Felt locked in and for good reason. Many other guests had the same problem. No hand towels or a bar of soap, however there was shampoo?!
Common deceny should dictate soap before shampoo! Bring everything you need to this property. Surprisingly they did provide toilet. Not happy at all."

"The reservation was booked through hotels.com, but when we arrived we were told that the reservation had been canceled. The hotel gave no reason, just that it had been canceled. We showed them the reservation confirmation, but it fell on deaf ears. I've used hotels.com for years, but no more."

"The main lobby areas were nice and clean. The check in staff was no where to be found. Waited 10 to 15 minutes.. I tried calling the main number thinking they were busy with another guest. It seemed the clerk was having a cigarette while parked in the handicapped spot and didn't see anyone enter... When she did, she was clearly annoyed by our presence. Also, the room had the musty old carpet smell."

"When we arrived around 3:20 pm we went to the room and it wasn’t ready and really dirty. Trash in the hallway. It is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Gave the desk clerk the key and told him the room was too nasty to stay in. Tried to give us another room but we had already seen enough. He said he couldn’t give a refund that he had to check with manager. If I don’t receive a refund I will never book through Expedia again. Had to use a pass key to get in the door to go to the room. That was good. Right around the corner from the elevator the door was propped open with a door stop. Didn’t feel too safe after that. You need to get someone to check out these places that you recommend renting. "
