Just not enough room. only a single sink in bathroom.By not enough room it was impossible to move around and no room to put luggage.

Great hotel

I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly....the breakfast was good... my room was very modern and comfortable and the gym was well equipped and better than most. I will stay here again.

Hot water was hit or miss; breakfast one day was a little on the lean side - no eggs - only hashbrown and sausage. The flag out front was torn and hanging upside down - told the desk - nothing fixed. Room was clean, but no new cups in room on 2nd day. Probly won't stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and seemed new. Friendly staff - especially in the morning. Breakfast was fabulous as far as free hotel breakfast goes - scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, breads - you name it! My only complaint would be the water temperature in the morning. I just couldn’t get my shower hot enough.

It was good for a weekend trip overall. The beds were kindof hard, but everyone has their preferences. The breakfast was good for a typical hotel fare. I don't think we will stay again based on price. 2 nights with 2 adults and 4 kids was cramped but we made it work. The staff was nice. They didn't know what was complimentary or not when we asked for razors even though in the rooms it said on the sign that it was. The pool was hotter than the temp outside. Which will be fine in winter but not on a 97 degree day. The staff were nice and helpful as they could be.

It was the best of all thing in a hotel! The people helping us register were great and the room and all of the hotel were spotless, the ones who worked there were very friendly and helpful. The room was just perfect and so spotless! We will stay here when we travel through there each time now! WE LOVED THAT AND THE PEOPLE THERE!

We got delayed in arriving in Pratt and they were very courteous about a late check in. Very friendly staff, clean hotel, good continental breakfast, and overall a great place to stay.

All coffee was cold and manager said he would fix it, after about 2 hours still no coffee. Breakfast was cold and gravy was old tastind and still no hot coffee. numerous guest complained and said they would call Hilton including myself

Bad business practice, greedy, do not book here

Did not stay here, the hotel was booked for the wrong date and when I went to my itinerary my anticipated check in date it showed that my stay was complete. This was impossible since I was not even in the same state yet. They did not care and did not offer refund. I think it’s bad business practices and I am disputing through PayPal if this doesn’t get resolved. Terrible thing to take money from somebody who didn’t even obtain services.
