The property owner is very friendly and engaging. The other staff is also friendly. The property has nicely laid out grounds. The room is clean and adequate. Lovely view of the bay from the balcony in the room. Close to the harbor for the ferry. The one negative is the noisy late night music from a nearby bar.

Our experience was simply wonderful. The accommodation was excellent, and both the lady of the house and the staff made every effort to ensure our comfort. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming — it was a real pleasure to chat with them about anything and everything, including our plans for exploring the island. The place was spotlessly clean, the breakfasts were fresh and tasty, and the linens and towels were always fresh as well. The evenings and nights were perfectly quiet, allowing for restful sleep. Any questions or needs we had were quickly taken care of — often with just one call from the lady to the right person. One amazing bonus: we were allowed free access to Anse Georgette, the most beautiful beach on the island, which usually belongs to a five-star resort and is not easily accessible to the public. All we had to do was mention where we were staying, and we were welcomed without any problems.

Wonderful Stay!

The owner welcomed us with cool fruit juice and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are clean, up to date. The grounds are gorgeous with wonderful bird life and Fruit bats flying high above.

Gem of a place

This place is amazing, it starts with a welcome drink, and Dorina asks you about your day is going. Dorina is always smiling and very helpful. The breakfast is very filling and delicious. The location is walking distance to a bus stop, the port, and shopping/ restaurants. The room is spacious and I loved the balcony. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Praslin.

I stayed here while I did some diving and exploring Praslin Island. My room was nice (clean and comfortable) and had a nice balcony with a refrigerator, toaster oven, and basic eating utensils. The room also had AC but I used just the ceiling fann for all but the first night. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, offering me an early breakfast each day so that I could eat before diving. She also offered to act as my taxi (for an additional but reasonable fee) and I gratefully accepted. The breakfast was excellent - fruit, toast, and eggs, with juice and coffee. There are also restaurants for lunch and dinner within walking distance. If I return to Praslin (and I hope to do so), I will definitely stay here again!

Perfekt ophold

Vi var super tilfreds med alt og vi manglede ingenting. Rigelig morgenmad til at starte dagen på. Dorina var meget hjælpsom om omsorgsfuld at vi havde det godt. Vi vil helt sikkert book hos hende igen og næste gang vil vi blive meget længere. Det er den perfekte base til at opleve øen med bus.

Dorina est très accueillante, disponible et aidante (réservation de voiture ou appels locaux…). La chambre était très correcte, propre, spacieuse et climatisée. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Il est même possible de demander à le prendre avant l’heure prévue si besoin (flexible).

This was such a wonderful experience we wish we could have stayed longer! The host was so friendly and helpful and the place so clean and well kept. The rooms are well equipped and spacious, with plenty of surface and hanging space for towels and clothes. Definitely a place to recommend for the more cost-conscious traveller.

Lovely place

This was part of my loner trip and d´Almee offered the best stay during my trip. Close to port, easy to find. very great rooms and big kitchen. Friendly owner was very helping. Restaurant is located in 1 min drive. some small shops nearby. Thanks for having me!
