"This is a perfectly serviceable hotel, and a good value. Unlike some of the other spots in town, this one doesn't have a pool or a sky bar; it's relatively low frills. But it was quiet, the staff was courteous and there was plenty of hot water for a bath. Best of all, the laundry service was cheap, fast and reliable. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was cute! The rooms were nice, the landscaping around the hotel was nice. Staff was great as was the breakfast. The owners are around and make the place feel very homey and warm. Adding plug in outlets, especially in the bathroom would be very helpful. Please note that the hotel is a bit secluded, you can't just walk out to the store...but I was looking for peace and quiet and that is exactly what I got. "

"This is a difficult review to write as we never actually got to stay. The UK and over governments put an ‘essential travel only’ notice on the Battambang area due to a border dispute between Thailand and Cambodia. We tried to cancel our reservation, the hotel ghosted us, Expedia just went into ‘computer says no’ mode. The position Expedia took was that they were happy to take our money knowing full well we would be on our own and uninsured if we had chosen to travel. A very poor experience and highly disappointing for such a large travel provider. "

"The pool was closed off for a meeting however this was all throughout our trip. Nobody was in this area when we went to the pool and we were not allowed to use this. Communication was poor and all items needed to be asked about nothing was in the room I.e shampoo, toilet roll etc. Location is further out from city but short TukTuk ride away. Ac was not working as we had incorrect remote in room and the fridge was dirty and turned off without key in room. "

"This time unfortunately I was put in a room that backed on to a nightclub, earplugs are provided but they don’t make for a good nights sleep. I managed to doze off once the club closed early morning. At first glance it looks lovely, but on closer inspection it could really use a bit of TLC. The bed linen, sun loungers, and towels are all showing their age. It seems like it was once very busy, but maintenance has fallen behind, leaving things feeling a little tired."

"I really enjoyed my room. It was one with a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. Made for a great place to get a good night’s sleep after full days of exploring. The hotel is located centrally, so everything is closeby. The staff were very friendly. They smiled a lot and just left me to myself, which is what I like. Thanks!"
