They have been in a remodeling stage for a month or two. Very little noise do to construction, so they have planned well. The rooms are nice, gym, pool, bar. Is a nice hotel, downside for me it has gotten expensive for me being there for work for the past month.

Didn't use the pool. The hallway in front of our room had dried leaves crushed on the carpet for 4 days. Room looked clean, but wasn't real sure. Hot water is a jike, barely warm enough for a shower.
