Had confusion checking in as no rooms available on 1st floor per request due to dog who could not walk down stairs. No elevators so we had to carry 54 lb dog up and down 14 steps.

I highly recommend spending a little more money to stay anywhere else!! Upon arrival, the hallways were full of garbage and bedding tossed all over.
