Tudo perfeito, o capricho pode ser visto em todos os detalhes, desde a cabana, o café da manhã, os espaços para descanso. A equipe é super atenciosa. Destaque especial ao Bernardo, que nos deu a dica de acordarmos as 5hs para vermos do deck próximo a piscina, o nascer do sol e os balões voando. Foi lindo!!!

Na saída foi horrível!!!!! Minha estadia foi incrível,o lugar é lindo,o atendimento excelente,a comida saborosa,todos os funcionários tem um atendimento maravilhoso. Poderia ter sido tudo muito lindo se não tivesse passado um vexame na hora da saída,acabou com tudo de lindo. Quando as malas estavam no carro,o pessoal da recepção me pediram pra devolver a pantufa usada,acreditam??? Passei vergonha,parecia que eu estava roubando algo do hotel,fiquei arrasada!!!! Acreditam que eles reaproveitam as pantufas usadas? Quer dizer eu usei a pantufa que várias pessoas já usaram. E alguém tiver uma doença,se for um fungo outra pessoa vai se contaminar. Em todos os hotéis por onde já passei,a pantufa è DESCARTAVEL. A sugestão que deixei por escrito è que coloquem as pantufas pra venderem na recepção,se alguém quiser comprar tudo bem. Agora,fazer o hóspede passar um vexame pra tirar uma pantufa da mala,pra mim foi muito triste. Estragou minha estadia e tudo de bonito que achei lá,foi de água a baixo com a economia do hotel de reaproveitar uma pantufa e saber que usei uma coisa usada de outra pessoa.
