"Fantastic hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful in all areas of the resort. Food was excellent, loved that there was a sushi station a few nights. Drinks selection was good including some really good mocktails.
Apartments are spacious and very clean - plenty of space for our family of 3.
The only slight downside was the water park..we were really looking forward to using the water park as it looks fantastic for toddlers, however this was definitely not designed with toddlers in mind. The slides are great, but there is a huge bucket above the slides which constantly fills and swings pouring water below. The bucket is huge and the power of the water spray is far too powerful for toddlers below…my husband and I both had a go and found it too much! I wondered if it was just us…but for the week we were there we hardly saw anyone using the younger kids water park. I think it would be used much more if they turned off the bucket function and just let the kids play.
