"Dear travelers, the hotel that we visit was terrible, the photos dont was the same of the watsapp chat, the room was small, porder, and the bathroom, have a bad shower, doesnt have any type of storages. Too have the point that minibar, was rusty. The last point is the pool, that was dirty, hot and is too small. The good points, is that was so close to the beach, and the air conditioning was good. But this dont hide the fact that the hotel is totally bad."

"Quarto simples, porém de acordo a diaria, é praticamente dentro da praia, que se torna muito atrativo, estacionamento no local, unica detalhe que incomodou foi porta papel higiênico na porta de saida do box, cada saida do box, batia com porta papel higiênico "

"Não condiz com a foto, lugar sem estrutura, sem atendimento de limpeza. Pessimo, quarto mal cabe as 3 pessoas banheiro minúsculo, muito caro pelo que oferece."

"O café da manhã não era fresco teve dias que tinha pão duro de dias atrás, não tinha opções e tudo pouca quantidade, bolo horrível e só teve 2 dias dos 4 que fucamos lá. Não deram tapetes higiênicos para o pet nem pontinho para água e ração. Pagamos uma taxa e não tivemos nenhum benefício para o pet. O quarto é todo feio e com pisos de refugo. Estava com vazamento no box, dando enchente no banheiro. A recepção é atendimento lento precisando falar 3 vezes para realizarem. A cama é ar condicionado...

"Very comfortable stay with some minor issues which were promptly resolved by the management. Cafeteria lady made fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast. Short walk from the bus terminal is a huge plus. You can easily walk to the historical city center as well where a number of restaurants are located. Customer service is excellent. I would book without hesitation again if I am in Paraty."
