"The only complaint I have is the bed was hard but I stayed a few different places in Brazil and all the beds were hard! Vila Velha was beautiful and the people were wonderful"

"Parking is good and convenient. Staff and breakfast were fine and the first room they offered me was bad, dirty and the toilet was not functioning well. I had to go downstairs to ask for another room and it was a bit better."
