"BE CAREFUL! I booked this hotel for three nights back on August 27 of 2025, several months in advance of my Feb. 16th, 2026 check-in date. The agreed upon rate after tax was C$2,690.40. At time of checkout, the hotel charged me €2690.40. When I brought this back up with the hotel, they denied responsibility. This is a corrupt business which lacks integrity, and will take every opportunity to try and take advantage of its unsuspecting clients. Predatory. Transactional."

"Friendly, helpful staff and lovely hotel in a good location. We received a family room which was good with separate bunk beds, making it more spacious than having a sofa bed. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Lots of selection, fresh and tasty and they kept replenishing it. The only drawback was it was quite stuffy in the room and leaving the window open meant early morning noise from the business below. They did supply us with a fan on request though that made for a comfortable night. "
