"Found this place through Expedia and was so happy I did! It was perfect. Location was great close to the area of the Dolomites that I wanted to explore. The actual hotel was lovely. The staff was amazing, food was great, the room was very modern and clean. The saunas/spa was also quite enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and was very happy with it!"

"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair conditioner. The location of the hotel was good and great parking. I would stay there again if I had the chance to visit the region again. "

"Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"

"A beautiful property! The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and while I liked it, my wife found the decor a bit odd with its use of unfinished wood furniture. The breakfast buffet the next morning was excellent (the spread and the service). The hotel location is also great and very scenic! The only downside, which I think is common to the area, is that there are no fans or ACs. With the rather warm temperature during our visit, we had to open the windows, which let in a hundred bugs into the room! But with the lights off at night, they did not bother us at all. That's the only reason for taking a star off. If they put in a fan for visitors to use, this would definitely be a 5 star place!"
