"The rooms are nice and well appointed. However parking is very difficult and inconvenient. Hot water and internet aren’t consistent. We were traveling with 4 kids and they couldn’t get the television to work. Breakfast was good. Room is a nice size. "

Central location if you need to be and only a 15 minute taxi ride from airport. No surprises or disappointments, breakfast was a bit basic but I don’t eat a huge breakfast anyway. "

"When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking. After being there for over an hour, they eventually allowed me to have an inferior room to what I booked. I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them. So they tried to get me to pay a second time (I had already paid through Expedia and could prove as such). AVOID THIS PLACE OR RISK BEING SCAMMED. In...

"Very bad experience. The duvet was soaking wet and I complained, the person in charge said they iron it with steam and that’s to be like that. Drunk couple fighting on the corridor the whole night waking everybody up and knocking on doors at 5 o’clock in the morning. Overall cleanliness very bad. Breakfast doesn’t include coffee. A total nightmare!"
