"Overall my stay was pretty good. There were a few things I was not all too pleased with, but to be fair, it had more to do with the building than the room itself. Other things were beyond anyone's control. The host was very communicative and informative; the young lady that met me to give me the key was also very pleasant and informative. The Wi-Fi and location were great! The room was clean and the people I communicated with were also great. Thank you!"

10/10 Excellent

"I love travel and I'm 81. This hotel right by the airport and being only a 7 minute walk to Valdebebas station on the Cercanias train line put me within 12 minutes of Madrid Chamartin Campoamor station where I took three train trips in 6 days in Madrid: Segovia, El Escorial, and Alcalá de Henares to visit the birthplace of Miguel Cervantes creator of Don Quixote. The staff was as good as it gets. Always there to help. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The mini kitchen was not used since I had breakfast every day in the restaurant. The trip to Segovia was on the high speed train. The metro line 1 at Chamartin takes you to El Sol where you can walk the two plazas, visit the market, and see the Royal Palace within minutes. Everything was magical."

"The hotel is marketed as luxury, but the reality falls far short. The photos are misleading, while they look impressive online, the actual property feels outdated, with old furniture, low-quality windows, and a worn balcony that make the place seem decades behind. Soundproofing is poor, so noise is easily heard throughout the room. The pool is also advertised, yet it’s only open for a few months a year, which makes its promotion misleading for most guests. The gym setup is another issue. The pull-up bar is positioned too close to the ceiling, leaving no proper clearance and making it unusable without risking hitting your head. I had to go to a nearby park just to do a basic workout. For a budget hotel, some of this might be acceptable, but not at the prices this place charges. The overall experience simply doesn’t justify the cost or the expectations they set. Disappointing stay"

"Well........this place was just "ok" with us. I don't want to bash them but walking in from the street was a bit underwhelming. The ground floor colors and appointments were kind of dreary. It did not make you feel happpy booking your next several days in Madrid there. Brighten this place up! Breakfast offerings were not so good. I will focus on the fresh fruit that did not look fresh. Not appealing at all. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Hope this info helps you."

"Overall property looks well taken care of and also brand new for an area quite isolated. Quite expensive for a night but very comforting room and amenities. It has room to improve for the shuttle and hopefully the area develos a little bit further to be more connected to the center."
