"We had a very lovely welcome from Anna and she told us where to eat etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to explore the area as we were en-route down to the South but the scenary and area looked fantastic as we drove through. The Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. The breakfast was good too.... basic but good."

"We tried to email and call the hotel about arrival time, but didn't get any reply or someone to pick up. Therefore upon arrival there was some confusion re the availability, but we ended up in a nice and spacious room. Breakfast has to be paid in cash, so we ended up eating somewhere else."

"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained.
I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Due to a terrace outside this room the beach view was limited. However, the room was kept clean, all the staff were helpful and were always happy to assist us whenever we asked. We did not need to touch the air conditioning. There was a coffee maker in the room and coffee supplies were replaced as used each day. We came back to this hotel as it was on the beach and our previous experience was great."
