"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. From the service to the room, our check in time was at 4, I called around 12pm, staff told me I would be able to do early check in at 2pm. When my family and I arrived at 2pm front desk looked at me crazy when I told them I was informed I could come early. I had to come back until 4pm to check in, I got my room key and went to my room. To receive the completely wrong room layout, no WiFi, and worst of all it was disgusting the room smelled wet, the carpet and couch full of stains. Not to mention a shower of one cubic foot, no wiggle room. When I informed the front desk they said that they could not give me my booked room, that they were all booked and were of no help. Would not recommend!! "

"Our room had no shower curtain. We came in sandy from the beach and had to shower without a curtain. The stovetop was not clean. It clearly had not been wiped down. There were roaches in the kitchen. I told the staff, and they just said they’d tell the manager. I got video of the roach and pictures of the no shower curtain and dirty kitchen. I’ll be sharing these in a review since no one from the hotel wants to address this or make it right. "
