"Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn."

There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

The rooms beautifully balance modern comfort with timeless craftsmanship , and the facilities — especially the Pürovel Spa — are world-class. "Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."

"The hotel well located. I took bus #2 on a bus stationnear the train station. You can pay for the ride on board with credit card. Hotel has 3 buildings. The pool, steam rooms and spa located in one building. Wide range of procedures offered. Pool and hot tub have very well working wirpools. I love my stay very much , and can recommend it. Value for a money is excellent."

"Fantastisk beliggenhed. Ældre hotel, hvilket også kan ses, men det ses også at der bliver renoveret løbende. Boede i et meget stort værelse med meget stort nyt badeværelse dog med brus i badekar. Fin morgenbuffet. "
