Get the hotel room with the jacuzzi inside, and if possible one of the "05" rooms - the room has a varanda with jacuzzi, hammock and table. Fantastic price/deal.

Péssimo atendimento no checkin pela recepecionista
A Recepcionista Talita foi extremamente insensível e mal educada. Cheguei no hotel as 13h50 do dia 17/05/24, e tive que ficar esperando liberarem o quarto. A principio seria o 504, depois me colocaram no 704. O pior de tudo é que o espelho que fica em frente da pia do banheiro é tão velho e sujo que nem dá para enchergar o rosto direito. A banheira não tem uma saída segura com um degrau, pois tem uma grande distância do chão, ofertando grande perigo de queda. Sinceramente, o custo benefico foi péssimo, seria melhor eu ter ficado no quarto standard, pois além de ter uma pequena varanda é mais organizado. Lamentável!!! E o mais absurdo é que na subida da garagem para o hotel, as luzes não funcionam e a noite, vc precisa subir no escuro.

Surpreendente!
O quarto não era exatamente como na foto mas isso não atrapalhou em nada, visto que era muito confortável e tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Tivemos um problema com insetos que foi prontamente solucionado pela recepção. O Room service funciona perfeitamente e foi um ponto muito alto na estadia, visto que a maioria dos hotéis não oferece mais esse serviço. O café da manhã é extremamente completo, com variedade de pães, bolos, frios, salgados, doces, frutas e sucos, nos surpreendemos positivamente com a qualidade de tudo que comemos. A área de lazer também superou as expectativas. Vivemos ótimos momentos neste hotel e com certeza indicaremos para todo mundo!
