Because I had a lot of luggage, I had to use the elevator on the opposite side and frequently rely on the emergency stairs, which was inconvenient. Fortunately, my room was not on a higher floor, so it was manageable."

Additional attention needs to be given to maintaining the pool, especially when in heavy use times and to keeping hallways vacuumed & litter free. Also, breakfast buffet was not refilled in a timely manner. "
