"The flat itself was quite decent but the owner of the property was very not responsive. She gave us a wrong lockbox code to access the flat, we tried to call her quite a few times with no luck. We eventually found out one of the window was not completely shut so we managed to "break into" the property. The bathroom wasn't clean to normal standards and the shower did not have hot water on the first day so we had to waste good few hours in the morning to sort everything out "

"Cocobay is a great boutique all-inclusive. With only 65 couples cottages it never feels crowded. The bars and restaurant are top-flight. The pools and beach are beautiful and loungers and cabanas are always available. The only thing that needs to be improved is the spotty WiFi. "

"The beaches, staff, food and drinks were all amazing. Our room could have used a little maintenance but it did not matter to us. The ceiling had a leak. We were on the beach most of the time so we did not mention it. The sunsets at this property were gorgeous. We will absolutely be back. "
