Muy informales con las reservas y muy mala la comunicación en gral ya sea por redes y/o telefónica!!!! Quedamos afuera cuatro matrimonios porq no cumplieron con la reserva cuando ya habíamos pasado la tarjeta de crédito!!!!! Si tienen que ir a Potrerillos asegúrense la reserva en otro lugar!

Observar que se trata de uma residência em terreno pequeno com 04 quartos para hóspedes. Não é local amplo, nem é no campo, é uma casa de uma pequena cidade. O atendimento é muito bom, a comida excelente, apenas lembrar que é o oposto a um resort, não existe nenhuma atividade no local, serve como uma base de muito conforto para atividades fora do lodge. A Sra. Lia, proprietária, é muito atenciosa.

Staff was very accommodating. There was a mixup with Expedia and they were not expecting us, but they were able to quickly prepare a room and welcome us in. There were no other guests scheduled so we had the place to ourselves for a relaxing stay.
