Pool was closed and was obvious it had been for a long time. Room had hole in wall, holes in covers, hole in ceiling with exposed wires from where smoke detector once was. Elevators would randomly stop working. No operable restroom for quest of 1st floor. A/C / Heat did not work. Toilet kept backing up. The carpet in the room stunk. The staff was overwhelmed. Too many negatives to list.
