It’s a nice newer hotel, just far enough from IAD to be quiet. It’s in an office area so really no road noise after 6pm. And absolutely no freeway noise.

The hotel was not very clean overall. The beds are old and uncomfortable, leaving us in pain. When checking the mattress for bugs (no, I didn't find any), I was disappointed with how stained the mattresses were. The sofa in the room was filthy, as was the elevator (see photos).
