"Easy simple check in."

"In the 3 days we stayed, not once was our room cleaned or made up even though we were away for most days, leaving before 9 arriving back at hotel a 5:00p.m. our room had not been cleaned. I gathered up trash and took it to the housekeeper. We never had dry towels nor a bed even straightened. No breakfast available. No staff to help get luggage to room if we wanted help. The valet service was excellent. Our car was available when we needed it even parked out front for our 6:00 a.m. departure. Dinner on 2nd floor was adequate although not $150. worth. Service was very good."

"Worst place I have ever stayed. Room reeked of smoke, cigarettes and otherwise, burns in the floor and bedding, massive hole in the wall from the door, tub not even sealed, holes poorly patched, just gross. We tried to tough it out but barely made it a night - building maintenance set off the fire alarm twice at 3AM and that was it for me. Found a much better place and got out as soon as check in was available at the new hotel. Two sets of strangers knocking on the door because it was obviously used for selling drugs. They refunded me for the days we didn’t stay but kept the $100 deposit because why not. If you like junkies and streetwalkers, this is your place. If you’re sane, run away and do not look back."

"Cleaning service consisted of making the bed and putting out towels. Failed to clean toilet, vacuum or refill coffee station the first 3 nights despite leaving standard tip each morning. I had to call to get coffee pods each morning. Obviously the toilet was not cleaned since the coffee I poured out on leaving was still there in the afternoon. A couple of berries I spilled at night were still on the floor proving she did not vacuum. Sad situation because the hotel structure is incredibly nice and front desk pleasant."

"Overall, I had a great stay at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and dining options were excellent with free parking which is hard to come by close to the city. The main drawback is that it’s not kid-friendly. If you’re traveling with a child, you may need to drop them off in the lobby before parking, and you’ll have to go through security each time you head to a restaurant or return from the parking garage. Despite that inconvenience, I would stay here again and would recommend it to adults looking for a nice Milwaukee getaway."

"3 star review. The location is good, lobby area was excellent however ther seems a shortage of staff and house keeping. Our room was not ready and waited until 5:30pm. The blinds on one of the windows fell off resulting to a bright room at early morning like 6am when we still wanted to sleep in. The Manager was kind enough to give us free breakfast to compensate inconveniences."
