"The room was clean, but needing a bit of upgrading. Floor a bit unstable. There need to be a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, washbag, etc. And a tumbler (glass or plastic) in the bathroom would be useful for anyone taking medication. Otherwise fine - and a lovely view!"

"I really used to like this hotel as its in a beautiful location. I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. "Staff were very helpful. Unfortunately no running hot water in the apartment, we had a window that wouldn’t close, entrance from pavement wasn’t locked (broken), no WiFi or mobile phone connection. Otherwise the apartment was clean and well equipped, not sure if I would return."

"The suite is advertised with stunning views over Loch Awe and Kilchurn castle but you can't see any of the Loch at all. The interior of the suite was kept well and clean and the host was polite. Easy check in and check out."
