Probably one of the worse places I have stayed in 10 years. We reported issues within 2 hours of arrival. No one came to see me or tried to address anything and we left after less than 2 days. The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. They take all the money upfront so we had no leverage to claim or withhold money. We have four young children and it was so, so unclean and in no way a 4 star property as advertised. They showed no regard for our claims and now we will be taking legal action in an attempt to get our money back. I am also disappointed in Expedia as I am a gold star member and Use you for all my business and travel. I would expect Expedia to have a higher standard of governance around the quality of the facilities they are Promoting. We have travelled from the US to Corsica at great expense and leave very unhappy

We did not know that there was no cleaning of the rooms, replacing towels, coffee, toilet paper etc. nothing but what you have I. The room when you walk in. Anything else is payment required. We payed almost €2000 for 3 nights and not even a cup of coffee was included.

My wife and I enjoyed a 4 night stay in late May at this lovely location. We traveled independently with 5 other couples from Australia. The location is superb. A short walk to the delightful Santa Giulia beach. When on the beach, walk to the left 100 m for a cluster of various calibre restaurants and to the right for a 2 km walk along a lovely beach. With relative fitness you can climb the mountain overlooking the bay an easy 2 hr circuit I would suggest go in an anti clockwise direction, over the bridge and follow the trail You’ll see 2 gates after 1 km go to the one on the left and follow the trail. Be sure to have dinner at the nearby authentic Corsican restaurant. Ask at reception. An easy drive to Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio each for a day and equally easy drive to Figaro airport make this an ideal venue for a weeks stay in Corsica. Stock up on provisions at the Spar supermarket down the road a few kms and self cater in your unit at night whilst you sip on a beer or wine overlooking the bay. Be sure to ask for a room with a view of the bay. Upstairs preferably. If you want to be near friends or family ask to be so as there is a significant distance among the villa complexes. Don’t miss this superb opportunity

Awesome
The place is awesome. The staff is wonderful, especially George who went out of his way to be helpful. We had a really nice room with a kitchen and incredible view of the sea. It is walking distance to the sea and restaurants. We only wish that we had brought more food with us since the market that is close by was closed. There is a market on the main road that is 10-15 minutes away.

Fantast location close to Santa Guilia beach.
This a great location for Santa Guilia beach. Convenient by car to Palambaggio beach and good base for discovering Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio. We were very happy with this hotel and staff. Having said that there are a few things you should know (none of which changed our overall impression). 1. Their directions seemed a bit confusing, but turned out to be easier than they seemed. When they say count 4 speed bumps going down the hill, then turn right, they mean it! 2. We were about 5-7 minutes from the beach by foot, but we were in the closest unit to the beach. The property is large, so if you were in one of the furthest units, it could take 15-20. BUT, you can drive to two access points, one about 2 minutes from the beach, another about 30 seconds from an even nicer section of beach. 3. This seems to be set up more as a vacation rental than traditional hotel/resort. They do NOT change your towels or clean your room daily and will charge a substantial fee if you want then to. Nonetheless, the rooms have full kitchens and there is a laundry nearby. It is a great set up for a long stay or for families. 4. There are only a few restaurants close by (mostly on the beach) and they are expensive. But you are only 5 minutes by car from a great rotissery or a great boulangerie or grocery stores on the highway, and only 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio. Just keep in mind that the somewhat isolated location of the hotel is what gives you access to such a stunning, unspoiled beach

Well located but missing something
My main exception is to booking the place on the premise of seeing pictures of the pool, only to be told it's only available to people who booked the premium apartments. The rooms I found to be very noisy - I'm not sure why they put down stones that make so much noise outside. The breakfasts however were very nice and the woman serving them was always in incredibly good spirits. The location of the place makes it well worth a stay, although I would probably make sure I booked premium next time.

Perfect view of Santa Guilia Bay
The apartment was ideal for our vacation and had a perfect view of Santa Guilia Bay from our terrace. Our only complaint is the poor road surface of the public road which gives access to the Hotel. The large pot holes need to be repaired urgently.

Relatively cheap and acceptable.
Small room with little light. Hotel difficult to locate. No service whatsoever. Would have to pay extra for room cleaning, changing towells, breakfast, etc. No view of the sea, not as shown in website. As prices go in Corsica probably you can not expect more. Bed hard.

Outside of Porto vecchio in a beautiful gulf
Very nice place and its good for a few days stay. We have booked for one night only but we totally enjoyed it. The apartments are made like holiday homes with bbqs on the terrace and we had beautiful view. Loved it.

Insgesamt stimmte das Preis/Leistung nicht. Vor unser Unterkunft war der Eingangsbereich von Wildschweinen verwüstet worden, der Eintritt in die Unterkunft nur schwer möglich, Weder vor noch im Verlauf der gesamten Woche wurden wir vom Hotel darüber informiert, oder eine Lösung herbeigeführt.

Die Anlage liegt schön und ist ruhig. Die Pools laden zum Baden ein, allerdings gibt es für zwei von drei Pools keine Sonnenschirme. Wir haben ein Comfort Apartment gebucht, das sehr einfach, abgewohnt und nicht richtig sauber war. Die Ausstattung war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Bad und Toilette waren sicher 30 Jahre alt. Die Küche war voller Macken, die Schubladen klemmten und im Schrank war braune Soße. Die Arbeitsfläche in der Küche war klebrig, weil sich der Lack dort löste. Wir hätten gerne umgebucht oder storniert, aber das war nicht möglich. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die anderen Appartements in einem besseren Zustand sind. Für uns hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst

Nice living area but small sleeping rooms
Spacious living room and terrace with all the furniture one would need. The kitchen up to some details (like missing oven gloves, not so good kitchen knives) is quite well equipped. Sleeping rooms are not as cosy as the living room -- they are quite small and the windows are facing the access way.

Nous avions une chambre studio premium , très jolie avec la salle de bain extérieur un super plus . La chambre est très très bien équipée ( vaiselle, machine Nespresso ... ) la propreté nickel !! La residence et magnifique , décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très moderne . Le personnel est très agréable Par contre les studios sont très proches les uns des autres et on entend souvent les conversations des voisins même si ils ne sont pas bruyant . Gros bémol nous sommes restés 5 nuits , et nous étions situés juste à côté du local des femmes de ménage ( entrepôt du linge de maison) et très tôt le matin jusqu’en début d après midi on a entendu la porte claqué contre notre porte constamment ou elle été claquée constamment au lieu d être fermer normalement on entendait les femmes de ménage parler très fort et des bruits de talkie-walkie et des gens parler très fort dedans . Nous espérions un peu plus de calme et de tranquillité dans ce cadre Deuxième bémol la seule piscine « chauffée » est très très froide et pas très bien nettoyée , du coup malgré le peu de client tout le monde attend son tour à la chaîne pour le jacuzzi check in a 17h et check out a 10h ... un peu limite pour ce prix

Bel endroit mais décoration plus que minimaliste
Endroit magnifique, très bien entretenu, à deux pas de la magnifique plage de santa Giulia qu’on voit depuis la chambre. Accessible à pied rapidement. Le domaine est magnifique, bien décoré et bien arboré Par contre déception de notre logement certes très propre, bien équipée et avec une belle vue mais vraiment impersonnel et froid. Pas de décoration... on a l’impression d’être dans un appartement témoin , donc dommage

Depuis la résidence nous avions une magnifique vue sur la baie de santa Giulia. La résidence est très bien équipée rien ne manque... vaisselle casseroles lave linge et lave vaisselle Le pain frais croissants yaourts livrés à votre porte le matin c’est purement génial !!! Les hôtesses d’accueil sont très agréables et prévenantes toujours souriantes, quel bonheur !!!

Impossible de dormir dans le lit double suite à une odeur... Appel à l’accueil le lendemain pour que les draps soient changés, on nous informe que le changement sera fait dans la journée. 16h30/17h toujours rien. On appelle l’accueil, la personne nous dit que les personnes du ménage sont partis. Elle nous apporte les nouveaux draps (merci à elle), cependant c’est à nous de faire le lit... Et au moment de se coucher le soir, de nouveau cette odeur sur le matelas (au niveau des oreillers)... nous sommes extrêmement déçus du service. De plus la sdb n’est pas digne d’un 4* et aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement... (Douche des joints à refaire). Et le montant de la caution est toujours en débit sur le compte ! (5 jours après le départ)
