Decepcionante: Ficamos 02 dias sem limpeza no quarto, tendo que quase implorar a limpeza. Mesmo qdo foram limpar, so arrumaram as camas, o banheiro estava muito sujo. Porta da varanda nao trancava, tendo que improvisar segurança. Cafe da manha sem opções.

Hotel bom, quarto bem grande, estrutura parece ser nova, banheiro bom é grande, armário grande, ar condicionado ótimo Split, cama king ótima. Piscina ótima. O rapaz que trabalha no bar da piscina é nota 1.000. Sempre atendendo com sorriso. Muito bom. TV só pegava 2 canais, Wi-Fi no nosso quarto não existia. Sinal da VIVO não região oscila demais. A vivo funciona melhor em Trancoso do que em Porto Seguro. Ruim demais. Café da manhã é bem simples, poderia ser bem melhor. O hotel aceita excursões, então em alguns momentos fica bem lotado o café da manhã.

Show , hotel novo , os quartos são bem amplos , ar condicionado gelando , televisão com sistema Netflix , cama enorme com um excelente colchão , toalhas limpas e de excelente qualidade , quartos são sempre bem limpos , funcionários bem educados e gentis ,piscina muito boa com bar molhado com preços justos café da manhã muito bom acima dos padrões dos hotéis próximos , o pessoal do café da manhã são nota 1000. A única reclamação é quanto a internet muito instável..
