Bad smell and only cold showers

Positives Clean sheets and towels Friendly owner/manager The breakfast was okay Negatives Horrendous smell throughout most of the property and unfortunately in particular in the area our room was in. Our triple room, which we were forced to take due to being a couple travelling with an enfant, only had two small towels. The bed sheets were exactly the size of the beds, so you'd need to be able to play dead while sleeping in order to avoid ending up directly on filthy madresses. The shower water heater didn't work, so only ice cold showers available. The remote for the air conditioning wasn't working and the tv had one single channel available. Info It's a bit far from most things in Porto Seguro, but it's very close to the airport. You'll need to climb a very steep hill, if you wanna to the walk there though. The hotel has parking, but there is lots of available free street parking right outside the hotel. There are pharmacies and restaurants close to the hotel.

Pessoal excelente. Café da manhã excelente. Limpeza excelente. O hotel precisa de melhorias nas instalações. É visível que as instalações então envelhecidas. Falta manutenção. Porta da sacada com problemas. Entre outras coisas que são visíveis, que revelam necessidade de reformas.

Um hotel nota média. Estava limpo, o café da manhã tinha opções. Achei apenas ruim o fato de ter quartos com porta de vidro e uma cortina. Tira a privacidade e faz muito barulho. Pedimos para trocar e pegamos um quarto com uma janela para a rua do bar que tbm só fechava com uma cortina e acabou vazando muito a luz.

CUSTO BENEFÍCIO RAZOÁVEL

A localização do hotel no meu ponto de vista é muito boa, pois fica próximo ao centro. Além disso, no entorno existem muitos comércios (bar, supermercados, rodízios , restaurantes, farmácias ) e isso é super importante durante uma viagem. Além disso, o preço do comércio em volta é BEM INTERESSANTE principalmente para alimentação. Consegue-se se alimentar bem por 30 reais por pessoa. O quarto que fiquei é razoável. O problema é a questão de infiltração e um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Nada muito grave, mas acho que o hotel poderia mehorar isso. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! Bem farto! Funcionário muito educados e prestativos.

Conforto baixíssimo

Já fui diversas vezes em hotéis em porto seguro e foi a primeira vez que fomos cobrados pra utilizar o estacionamento e cofre. Sem contar que o ar do quarto estava horrível ( não mudava de função) a tv só tinha 2 canais e a cama foi juntada 2 solteiros e a gente sentia a divisão pq só se ultilizou um lençol o que foi horrível pra mim e meu marido.
