Beautiful views from this property & good location. There was lack of communication initially for check in via email but that was resolved after using the what's app. Alot of construction for the roads in front of the building but it was not noisy for us. We'd recommend this property!

Excellent Stay in Porto

We had a great stay at this family run hotel. It was modern, clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We stayed in the studio apartment and there was more than enough space for the two of us. The photos are an accurate representation of the property. It is centrally located in the tourist area of Porto making it very walkable. Our host, Rita, was very responsive and attentive, providing a few welcomed 'goodies' throughout our stay. I highly recommend you look at this property if you are touring in Porto.

In short, the view was extraordinary, it was truly value-for-money to stay here. The room was spacious and well enough to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen had an oven and all kitchenette for cooking; in fact, I cooked my breakfast and dinner everyday during my 6-night stay. Pedro was friendly and helpful, thanks for the pastries indeed. The old town was on my left facing the river. Palácio da Bolsa and Igreja e Museu de São Francisco do Porto were just several blocks underneath the apartment. And after visiting them, you could walk along Ribeira do Porto and arrive at Ponte Luís I. On the other hand, walking upwards would bring you to Torre dos Clérigos which would provide the best view of the city from a high angle. So if you do not have much time to spend in the city, the apartment was located at a strategic location to facilitate a quick visit of Porto. I will book this apartment again for next visit to Porto for sure.

Location is amazing. It’s on a fairly quiet street but just steps to the hustle and bustle. Our room was newly renovated and beautiful. It was so clean. The sheets smelled good too. Leading up to checking in, responses took as couple days but once it was our arrival day they responded quickly. They took their time to give us important and helpful information. They also provided us with a map and gave us tons of recommendations for amenities, restaurants and activities. They were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended this place!

A beautiful space.

We were greeted warmly with many excellent recommendations about Porto. Rita told us about the city and the history of the accommodation. It was beautiful, very attractive and a restored heritage building We loved our time and were welcomed with a bottle of wine. Just before we left we found a box of the traditional tarts at our door. Beautiful hospitality in a lovely space. Highly recommend.

I can't stress enough how lovely Rita, our hostess, was. When we arrived, she sat down with us and a map to show us exactly where we were and had recommendations for everything. She also communicated with us through WhatsApp a more detailed list of recommendations. (She also gave me a bottle of wine when we arrived and carried my suitcase upstairs, calling it a trade!) Wonderful apartments in a 200 year old building, walkable to everything you want to do. Small detail, but they have big towels. I love big towels. I could wear one of their bath towels to a cocktail party and it wouldn't fall off. Their hand towels are big enough to wrap your wet hair in. Wonderful experience. 5 stars. 100% recommend!

My husband and I had an excellent holiday visit to the beautiful city of Porto - made even better by our stay at Vitoria’s Terrace Apartments. The apartments are situated on a quiet road just a short walk from the centre of the historic quarter and it’s many attractions. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Our host, Rita, was extremely friendly and helpful providing us with details of places to visit, things to see together with recommendations for restaurants. She even gave us a small leaving gift to remind us of Portugal. We cannot recommend Rita and her Vitoria’s Terrace Apartments enough.

Rui and Rita's property is perfectly located! we were able to walk to every spot we had planned and more within the limited time we were in Porto. a short walk to Clerigos Tower then everywhere else. The apartment itself is extremely clean, well designed, smelled great, not cluttered and modern. all amenities were provided. kitchen fully equipped. small personal gifts were much appreciated. the street it was on was very quiet and safe. check in was fast and easy at the property, i appreciated that the doors were coded, no chance of me loosing keys! hosts were extremely responsive and polite. Rita's recommendations for foods and places to focus on were great! We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to tour the lovely city of Porto, it has been an incredible experience and a huge part of that was being able to stay at such a lovely property after a long days walk.
