Very clean and newly renovated apartment! A very comfortable bed so you will rest from all the walk there! The only less good side is that the isolation in the windows is not the best so you can hear the traffic outside so because of that it’s good that it’s a less busy area and totally worthy to walk a little longer to the center!!

Porto exploring

We were check in remotely so no human contact. The property owners send us code to get into the property plus code to get key into apartment. We had difficulty getting into the apartment using the key. Luckily the co owner was downstairs cleaning an apartment. She help us with the door.building has lift. Building is in a residential area and is quiet and safe. Condimente Supermarket is 5 mins walk. Lots of eating options within 10 mins walk. ViaCatarina Shoppingis 10 mins walk and have a good court and supermarket. Apartment is well equipped with TV, cooktop, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, all cutlery, plates, pots and pans. Bed is comfortable. Good WiFi. Apartment is 25 mins walk from train and long distance bus depot. The pavement are cobblestone so it was difficult dragging the suitcase. Recommended that you take the metro from train) bus depot to 24 De Agosto station. 3 mins walk. Recommended that visitors get the hop on hop off bus or the Alicante 72 hr card to get around. Porto is holly.

Convenient location

Nice place my only criticism is no soap provided in the shower and soap container at sink could not be moved. Also only one set of towels provided per person, which is not a problem, however nothing dried in the bathroom so towels had to be hung around the apartment to dry

This is a beautiful spacious apartment where we could have had a great stay. However, currently the place is next door to a construction site. There we loud noises (a machine digging rocks away) all day. If you are out from 8-5 I don't think this is a big problem, but we were travelling with a 2-year old and spent quite some time in the apartment. We wish the owners had let us know in advance, because in this state the apartment is not good for renting. We left after 1 night to find a more quiet place. Normally, the apartment would definitely be 5 stars. Our experience unfortunately was only 1 star.
