We were pleasantly surprised with this property. Beautiful view of the river and Porto from our balcony! The property was in the heart of all things, very clean, safe and the management team was very helpful and communicative. I highly recommend!

Pros: Excellent riverside location; the apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four adults. The area felt safe and quiet, yet was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and major tourist attractions. Complimentary cold bottled water was provided, and the management team maintained consistent and responsive communication throughout our stay. Cons: Hot water ran out after two showers. Basic amenities such as shampoo, cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper), and starter items like tea bags or coffee were not provided. The check-in and check-out process itself was seamless; however, it was inconvenient to have to walk approximately 15 minutes to a separate main office to pay the city-imposed tax.

The room feels spacious and comfortable for my family (2 adult and 4 year old daughter). We love the view from the window, especially night view. My daughter really likes the duplex aprtment that she wanted to stay all day at the room. Really comfortable. If I had to say, it’s better to have salt and oil.

Beautiful views, very modern interior, very spacious, very clean, showers are good, enjoyed our stay. Only issue is the checking after 6 pm required next day going 500m to their checkin office to show passports and pay taxes. That was a walk through lots of stairs so it is a nuisance as it takes time. fitness, you have to take out time when you are taking tours. Hope there is a better way to do this.

My husband and I loved the Gustavo Eiffel queen studio apartment. It is in a great location with gorgeous views of the river, and it is incredibly easy to walk across the Dom Luís I Bridge to Gaia.

Amazing apt by river

The unit we stayed in was amazing. Great view of the river and bridge. Only thing that was not so great was the beds- they were a tad bit too hard. Air conditioner worked great. Kitchen too.

The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It's a great area, with many dining options. Sadly, the AC didn't work, the mattress is "made of rock", the carpet isn't clean and the bathroom kinda smells. However, the neighborhood and views gives this place a👍

It had the best views and was in a great location but it was noisy with the road and bar just outside, plus sirens! I know that can’t really be helped though. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and only one pillow, and there was a sewage smell by the kitchen and bathroom. Nice little studio just needs a few changes.

Beautiful local surroundings, gorgeous view from the balcony of the river and bridges along with the historic forte. Very clean upon arrival. Even though the cleaning service was there once, during my 5 day stay they did an amazing and thorough service. This was an apartment not a hotel stay, so that expected. Friendly, upfront, and very helpful staff, going out of their way to ensure you have everything necessary for your stay. With in reason I’m sure. Honesty I can’t wait to plan another trip and stay there again.
