Nice location, however street noise was very loud. Hot water was very rust colored, probably from impending hot water heater dysfunction. One of overhead lights constantly flickered. Supermarket nearby. Loved the beautiful and huge bath towels. Pleasantly surprised by a bottle of Port Tawny.

Went to leave our bags before check-in and was happily surprised that our room was ready and able to get in early. Very big room with lots of space to spread out. Staff very friendly.

Very central location, apartment very good and clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast served in a basket delivered to your door, continental style and plenty of it.

This property fit our needs perfectly. My husband and two adult children were visiting Porto’s tourist attractions in Old Town. This property is about 5 small blocks from Sao Bento Tran station. The rooms occupy the upper levels of a lovely old building. The rooms are ultra modern, were immaculate, and included a huge breakfast (enough for lunch) in a picnic basket delivered to our door! Andrea was kind enough to let us check in very early and gave us a great local restaurant recommendation. Thank you Porto Old Town Apartments!

This apartment worked perfectly for us. Excellent location, close to, but pleasantly removed from the very crowded riverfront. Very helpful staff, & convenient to the Metro. We are seniors & walked from the train station (1.8 km away) with no problems. Many good & reasonably priced restaurants close by. We took ear plugs because people complained about street noise but never used them. Very comfortable bed & no street noise to speak of in early October. Good breakfast delivered & coffee next door if you can't wait. Overall excellent value.

Great, very clean, very large, breakfast was perfect. Some building work next door but that’s the case for most of Porto. About 15 minute walk down to river

Appalling service reasonable room &decent location
Told i couldn't have breakfast but then i could when it was too late (as it was incl in the price of my stat) but they didnt realise. Wifi meant to be incl but didnt eirk in lobby nor in room. Service was extremely amateur, unprofessional and unfriendly. Manager/ppl at reception never there (it dors state not 24hr) difficult to contact and doesnt seem to know whats going on in her premises shes managing. Good location to trindade metro st and reasonable room

Dear Sabrhina, on all digital platforms (website, reservation centers, edreams ...) we have information that we don’t have 24-hour reception, we were careful to send you email long before check in to reinforce this information, even with the 2 hours delay of your flight we are waiting for you. Our breakfast is served from 8am, the colleague responsible for breakfast distribution informed you that she was going to serve it. At check-in, you didn’t inform the receptionist that you were leaving early. We store your luggage at no cost unlike many other hotels that charge you for this purpose. I am sorry if you were looking for a 5 * hotel and booked an aparthotel. Regards,

Spacious apartment
A very large apartment with everything you need for a stay in Porto. Fresh picnic basket breakfast delivered each morning. Only issue was the constant noise from the extremely loud road works right outside.

Great modern apartments, great location
We had a very nice stay at these apartments, very clean, modern and the location is excellent. Reception staff were lovely and helpful and it's nice to have on-site help if required. Breakfast at the cafe a few doors down was really good with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, fresh bread rolls with ham and cheese and a few cakes : )

Great stay
The room was very clean and spacious. We had a room for two people and had two bedrooms plus a living room. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. My only negative and it’s not the hotels fault were the seagulls!! They were so noisy during the night and in the morning! Side note: if you need pick up from the airport, I would recommend the company the hotel sets you up with it. It was 18 Euro’s the man was waiting right at the door from baggage with a sign with our names and was so friendly.

nice apartment close to everything, staff were helpful and polite. did have to get out of bed to switch lights off at night. Small bottle of port included in the room which was a lovely touch.

Very clean. No obvious way to heat the room. Good wifi. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom lights work by motion detection; hence, when sitting on the toilet or taking a shower, the lights would go out multiple times.

We booked an apartment for 3 nights at Porto Old Town. On arrival we were told the apartment was in a different building a 100 yards down the road. Also informed that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Turns out there are 69 steps up narrow staircases to get there. Previous guest had ripped off the TV from the wall and stolen light bulbs, kitchen supplies etc. Fortunately 2 of the staff, Filipa and Tamara, were very helpful with moving our luggage and getting missing items replaced. The apartment was very nice, modern, clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a view to the street below and the city. If you book with them suggest you send an email asking which building you are in - the Porto Old Town building does have an elevator. Thanks again to Filipa and Tamara (and Andre for trying to get the BBC News channel on the TV!). Expedia description should include a note to the effect accommodations may be in another building with NO elevator!!

Porto Old Port very good
The hotel has an excelent location close to coffee shops for your breakfast with good fresh Portuguese buns, good strong coffee. It is also close to nice restaurants, stores, the Public Market, Trindade Metro Station, buses and cabs stop. Friendly Front Desk staff.

Lovely spacious apartment
Very modern comfortable apartment, good facilities with a rain shower with good water pressure. Staff very helpful, only downside is the location is a thoroughfare for the local drunks returning home, in groups they are singing and shouting, this all happens about midnight especially on Saturdays, as one group’s noise fades in the distance another group turns up. I resorted to using ear plugs. Overall had a very good stay, complimentary bottled water and port is supplied. I would be happy to return with ear plugs in tow.

Very nice hotel, staff and location
It was great hotel. We enjoyed the very wide room, and nice bathroom. The hotel is located in very busy street, though there is no noise after 8 PM. You can find everything you need in a waking distance from the hotel. Also, it is very close to the metro, which can take you directly to the airport.

Great rooms but the free breakfast was a little lacking and you have to walk a block to get it. The weather was good when we were there but if the weather was bad the breakfast arrangements would not be great.

Wonderful hotel
Our first time in Porto for a family holiday! Porto old town was a lovely hotel with exceptional staff! They were wonderful to help in our questions and even recommend and booked for us wonderful restaurants! Highly recommend! It is located in a convenient location within walking distance from all the tourist sites!

Don't understand how this is zero stars- the decor, towels, comfortable bed, free port and service are excellent! Soundproofing however is desperately needed and would make this place unbeatable.

Nice modern rooms in close proximity to where we needed to be. The hotel did not have an iron but the young ladies at the front desk were so accommodating and we had an iron in our room within the hour. I would recommend this hotel! The staff was excellent and the apartment was very spacious!
