The lady at the front desk who checked me in and checked me out, was absolutely lovely. She told me about the history of the hotel and made me feel so at home. The hotel is like a page right of the 60s and is loaded with history and charm. The restaurant was incredible and rhe waiters made me feel like a king. I cant wait to go back!
Room very dated and run down. Broken elevator, we were on 11 floor. Location not recommended, no food, coffee or stores nearby.
It did provide coffee and a continental breakfast which was nice.
Loved the Hotel Miradouro, they have a great staff it’s in a convenient area. It’s a great place to stay. They have 24 hr reception and the staff is very attentive

The best thing about this hotel is the fabulous view over the city from the eating area and upper floor rooms.
Love the retro look of the rooms
The views of Porto early morning and sun sets are just fabulous both from the room and the dining area
Easy to walk to down town Porto and to the sightseeing places
the menu was fresh, a little shy on variety but absolutely hit the spot for a the starting your day. the room was ideal and was able to stay for 3 nights happily.......... really liked Porto and what it had to offer, easy to get around the city and close to transit.......... was in contact with 4 of the staff and they were all so helpful, it was appreciated...... from the check in to the cleaning staff........ so good !!!

Simple, dark, old, but chock full of character and charm. Some things did not work, very few lights. Weird experience. Good food (the small selection that was) Great views!

We love the fabulous 13th floor restaurant with its 360° views over Porto. The service is always excellent in there. The hotel is very tired and worn with many of the 60's decor still in place but always clean & serviceable. We will be back!
Nice hotel. A short walk from the shopping area and not so far from many areas of interest. Helpful staff. The hotel is I would say retro in its decor but very charming for it
The top floor dining room ( for breakfast also ) has panoramic views.
Very nice vintage hotel. The lady at front desk was very helpful and polite.

Hotel entrance was not obvious and it only occupies top few floors of this dated building. Room w ensuite bath is tightly spaced though i enjoyed a warm bath. I was woken up at 4am by some rowdy people chanting and singing in the open carpark beside the hotel. Breakfast was standard continental at the top floor with great view of the city
The hotel is retro-1968 with the rooms on 10-12 floors with a wonderful breakfast area on 13th floor with a great view around. The staff is friendly and helpful and I really appreciated 24-hr front desk, as I arrived at 3am (unplanned). I loved a bathtub in my room. The only issue was a open-area dance-bar facility across the street, which on Friday had a boom-boom music until 4am.
Clean and nice. Great location. Just across from the bus stop. It’s very cool. Highly recommend. In the heart of Porto with good views.

The room could be updated. I could smell smoke in the carpet. The breakfast was great and the views were good

Only one elevator was in service. The stairwell was not fireproof in the event of a fire. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location and access to all the highlights by foot.

Great value
Not far from Main Street, about a 15 minute walk downhill, about a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro for coming back uphill. Hotel is old, 70’s style, but very clean. Great value for money. Included a simple breakfast but the view from the restaurant is amazing. Reception staff were very helpful on arrival, giving me a map and highlighting the main tourist attractions. The hotel has many floors and the lift is not for the faint hearted.

Great view, pleasant stay but really needs a reno.
Room size and view were spectacular. The stay was pleasant and although not right downtown close enough to just walk. The hotel is clearly showing its age. Mold in the bathroom, windows fog up and you get street noise on the 10th floor. The place would be fantastic with some updates and renos although the retro feel is very appealing and it would be nice if they could be kept. Breakfast was fine but skimpy. Can't beet the view though.

Facilities and equipments are a little outdated. TV and the fridge didn't work. But a bath tub is a bonus to me.
